In January 1975, Dianne Horton opened VIP Printing & Office Supply in Hinesville, Georgia. The original products included secretarial telephone answering services, office supplies, printing, office machines, and office furniture.
In July 1995, the company expanded its products, offering janitorial supplies, safety supplies, food service paper products, school supplies, sporting goods, and gifts.
In 1998 VIP acquired Office Furniture Center and changed its name to VIP Office Furniture and Supply. Today VIP sells over 80,000 products, from paper clips to the furnishings for entire office.
Dianne Horton serves as the Company Chief Executive Officer, and Barbara Pilkinton serves as President.

Created in 1978, American Office Products Distributors, Inc. (AOPD) is a coalition of independently owned small businesses coming together to form the world's largest network distributor of office products. AOPD is a dedicated organization with experience, structure, and systems providing our government and military agencies with the highest level of responsive customer service.
